The Federal Constitutional Court will hear our case against the “BND law” on 14/15 January 2020. The law allows intelligence services to spy on journalists abroad. The complaint was brought forward by n-ost and 5 media organisations

New organisation to promote non-profit journalism
n-ost is a co-founder of the "Forum for Non-profit Journalism". In collaboration with 15 media partner and foundations the organisation aims to strenghen nonprofit journalism and improve the legal framework in Germany.
