Dumitru Budianschi
Dumitru Budianschi has worked for the independent Think Tank Expert-Grup since 2011. Within the program Public sector: Economy, Finance, Management he is responsible for projects concerning budgetary transparency and the analysis of public finance issues. For these projects he has worked with investigative journalists, especially on topics related to public spending. He graduated from the State University of Moldova, department of applied mathematics in 1985.
