Philipp Richter is working as editor for the media company "Schwäbisch Media" in Ravensburg (Baden-Württemberg, Germany) which us publishing the "Schwäbische Zeitung". It is a regional daily newspaper with a run of 160,000. There he also has spent his three years lasting traineeship. While this time he worked for the print and online edition as well as for Radio and TV.
In his daily work he is writing about regional news but he is also publishing articles concerning Eastern European topics.
His research trips leads him mostly in the countries of former Yugoslavia (especially Serbia), the Baltic states, Romania and other Eastern European countries. Since April 2011 he is a member of n-ost.
